Speciality: Traditional and product cuisine: Lifelong specialties, sometimes updated to adapt to today’s tastes, but always made with the best products.
We offer: We serve snacks, “lifelong Bilbao” dishes and of course the traditional Fueros prawns. On the ground floor, an informal dining room next to the bar, a mezzanine, or mezzanine, where we have two very special tables. And on the upper floor we have a more established dining room, with views of the kitchen, where we offer tasting menus on weekends, and which can also be reserved as a private dining room and cooking class for groups.
Essential: Try our delicious salad, the spider crab and seafood cannelloni or, if you prefer to innovate, the “fualimotxo” tapa.
Known for: A traditional establishment, completely renovated but respecting the elements that give Los Fueros that special and unique atmosphere.
